TA Bounces Back With A 58-40 Win Against Bonny Eagle

Friday night's victory was another step in the right direction for the TA Girls basketball team as they showed some of their full-court pressure defense.  The defense picked up the tempo and strayed a bit from their conventional half-court defense, but the girls showed their versatility and the multiple scoring weapons they have.  It was another great team effort.  Katie McCrum got the team going with her 11 points in the first quarter, along with multiple steals and assists all night.  Ashley Howe paced the scoring with 13 points and Victoria Lux added 9 and once again controlled the boards for the Trojans.


Friday night is our annual TA Girls Youth Basketball Night!  All players from our youth programs are allowed free admission to the game!  In addition, we want to do a 'White Out' in the stands, with as many people as possible wearing their Hoops For Hayley t-shirts.  There will be a special presentation at halftime so we hope to get as many people there, as possible!  And don't forget about the ice cream social with all of the youth players and our varsity girls team immediately following the game in the lobby! Spread the word!
