Tuesday night was a tough loss as the Trojans traveled to Sanford. The Spartans combo of post players combined for 31 points and proved to be the difference in the game. TA fought back from a halftime deficit to force overtime, but didn't have enough to come away with the victory. There is a lot to be learned from this loss. The girls have a couple days off to refocus and get ready for rival, Scarborough, on Friday. The loss drops the Trojans to 5-2 on the season. The next couple of weeks includes some of the best teams in the league.
Friday's game will be a Boy/Girl doubleheader, with the TA Varsity Boys playing at 5:30, followed by the Girls game. It should be a great atmosphere in Scarborough!
