For the 6th
time, Thornton Academy will have representation on the Girls Maine McDonald's All-Star Team, as Ashley Howe was named to the team earlier this week. Ashley is one of only 12 players in Class AA/A/B South to be named to the team. In addition, Ashley was named to the McDonald's All-Academic Team. All seniors are eligible for this honor, not just those involved in the all-star game, so this speaks to how hard Ashley works in the classroom, as well. Another congratulations goes out to our TA Boys coach, Bob Davies, who was named as one of the coaches for the Boys McDonald's team.
